He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Bell and Francis Lee Bell. He is survived by : his children, Rico Bell (Ester) and Victoria B. Atkinson; his siblings, Evon B. Lewis (Robert), Mary Applins, Annette B. George (William), Eddie Mae Moore (Steven), Francis B. Hill (Otto), Linda B. Raynor (Thomas), Elizabeth Blackmore, Katheleen B. Galloway (Greg), Cornell Bell, Johnny Bell (Patricia) and Jimmy Frederick (Velma); and his son Sean Bell. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
