He was predeceased by: his parents, Esteen P. Jackson and Ervin Welbert "Bill" Jackson; and his brother-in-law Larry Bell. He is survived by: his children, Falcon, Carol Raines (Paul) of Roseboro, Ava Leigh Boyette (James) of Roseboro and Martin Jackson of Clinton; his wife Vickie R. Jackson of Clinton; his grandchildren, Kayla, Harrison Raines of Roseboro, Lee Naylor, Anna Gail Boyette of Roseboro and Lilly Cannady of Clinton; his stepgrandchildren, Caleb and Aaliyah Naylor of Fuquay-Varina; and his siblings, Carrie Bell of Roseboro and Ronnie Hedgepeth (Pam) of Salemburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
