Steven Jacobs (Elaine) and Rachel Faircloth; his grandchildren, Destiny Ann Simmons and Dillon Grey Cole; his aunts and uncles, Fay Jacobs, Brenda Ammons, Bill Simmons, Harold Dale Simmons, Sr., Sam Simmons and Allen Gene Simmons; and also Tabitha Garant. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
