She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Tew and Eva Fortner Tew; her husband Charles Malpass; and her son Charles Lucian Malpass. She is survived by: her daughter Ann M. Sutton; and her granddaughters, Melody Thompson (Joe), Joy Pitts (Josh), Amy Fowler (Stewart) and Amanda Bass (Bryan). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
