She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Steedman Mason and Senie Vann Mason; her husband George Lemmie Bass; her granddaughter Amy Leigh Bass; her great grandchild Drayden Bishop; and her sibling J. P. Mason.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Bass Beasley of Clinton and Tim Bass (Lisa) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Rhonda Pate, Chris Matthis (Chyrl) and Courtney Bishop; and her cousin Nancy Rogers. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
