He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Martin Williford and Mertie Jackson Williford; and his siblings, William Williford, Joe Williford, Frank Williford, Dora Pla and Edna Matthews.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Lee Williford; his children, Lee Ann Furmidge of Clinton, Jason Williford (Kristi) of Clinton and Mary Alice Williford (William DeMent) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Matthew Furmidge of Clinton, Olivia Williford of Clinton and Ava Williford of Clinton; his pet Coco; his siblings, James Larry Williford of Spiveys Corner, Ruth Elaine Fowler (Charlie) of Knightdale, Mary Ann Ritenour (Chuck) of Derry, PA and Linda Pearl Chesnutt (Richard) of Clinton; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Williford of Autryville and Elaine Williford of Garner.
