She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin Nicholson. She is survived by: her children, Clarence Chambers (Eddie), Hugh Collier (Christine) of Waverly, VA., Benjamin Collier and Sandra Oates (Benjie) of Clinton, NC.; her brother Kenneth Gurganus of Waverly, VA.; her grandchildren, Michaela Oates, Ben Oates and Serena Chambers; her stepgrandchildren, Greg Edge (Sara), Austin Smith and Emily Smith; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Dexter and Scarlet Edge; and her brothers, Danny Gurganus and Leon Gurganus.
