He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Fields Watson (Vince), Jeff King (Kay) of Clinton and Kerry King (Nancy Meeks) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Chad King (Michaela Wilson), Brittney King Godwin (Brett) of Dunn, Sky Langley (Alex) of Leland and Beth King (Taylor Lucas); his great grandchildren, Chace Gunner King and Ada James King of Clinton; his siblings, James Fields (Pat) of Clinton and Elizabeth Pusey of Wilmington; and his close friend Lynda Uzzell of Goldsboro.
