He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Henry Seward and Tinie Bell Wall Seward; his wife Dorothy Seward (Dot); his siblings, Wilbert W. Seward, Alfred L. Seward and Betty S. Markstahler; and his grandmother Bertha Seward.
He is survived by: his stepson Tommy Ferrell of Fayetteville, NC; his granddaughter Lauren Bass (Raymond) of Fayetteville, NC; his great grandchildren, Aubryn Bass of Fayetteville and Stella Bass of Fayetteville; his nephews, Steven Seward (Tracy) of Florence, SC and Alan Seward (Betty) of Lyman, SC.; his great-niece Megan Seward of Lyman, SC; and his friend Elana Best of Clinton, NC..
