With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Butler of Clinton, North Carolina, born in Galloway, West Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenora and William Jackson Sr.; and her siblings, William Jackson Jr. (Yukie), Shirley Wilmoth, Jimmie Jackson, Leroy Jackson and Robert Jackson.
She is survived by: her son Eric Jackson (Jo); her husband Cecil Bruce Butler of Clinton; her granddaughters, Nakeisha and Danica Jackson; and her siblings, Mattie Kidd (Calvin), Anne Bell Hipps (Billy Howard), Noah Jackson (Toni), Charles Jackson (Charlotte) and Donald Jackson (Ruth Anne).
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes a donation be made to Liberty Hospice.
