He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Lizzie" Matthis; and his siblings, Ruby D. Matthis and James Lendell Dudley. He is survived by: his children, Glenda D. Daughtry of Clinton, Jerry Dudley (Mary) of Chesapeake, Virginia and Wilbert "Leslie" Dudley, Jr. (Martha) of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Kellie Langemeier (Dan), Gwen Hodges, Ryan Dudley (Keri), Brandon Dudley (Tara), Vicki Westbrook (Scotty) and Jason Dudley (Jane).
