He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Rudolph Kopp and Elizabeth Evans Kopp of Covid; his wife Janie Starling Kopp; his sister Evelyn Kopp; his son William Ernest Kopp, Jr. (Carol Anne Allen); and his granddaughters, Jennifer Jane Kopp of Gwynn Oak and Elizabeth Anne Kopp of Clinton.
Due to the pandemic, services will be limited to the immediate family.
