He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Allen Northcott and Clarine Harrell Northcott of Colerain; his wife Linda Casper; his daughters, Lisa Stover (Shawn) of Washington, DC and Karen McCullock (Mike) of Hurdle Mills, NC.; his brother Tim; his nieces and nephews, Ingmar Northcott, Sven Northcott and Heidi Liddell; and also, Alexander Stover, Matthew McCullock, Andrew Stover, Emily McCullock and Noah McCullock. He was also cherished by his wife, children and grandchildren.
