It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Charles Drake (Colerain, North Carolina), born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carroll and Carrie Ralph Drake; his wife Ann Marie Therese Hurrell Drake; and his brothers, John Carroll Drake, Jr. and Frank Drake.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason Chad Drake (Jessica) of Suffolk, VA and John "Beau" Drake (Miranda) of Middlesex, NC; and his grandchildren, Lainey, Jack, Joshua, Justice, Duke, Jane Claire, Julian, John, Chip and Candance.
