She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Mizelle and Elizabeth Davis Mizelle; her husband George "Buff" Wilkins; and her brothers, Junior and Jeffery Mizelle.
She is survived by: her daughter Chelle Todd of Colerain; her nieces and nephews, Melody Early, Darlene Maurhn, Christy Dunlow, Tommy Butler, Alfred, Jeff, Jr. and Dana Mizelle; her mother-in-law Elsie Wilkins of Colerain; and her godchild Ivianna "Ivy" Richardson.
