He is survived by: his wife Shirley Phelps Perry; his son J. Wallace Perry, Jr. (Jona) of Colerain; his sister Esther Perry of Colerain; his grandchildren, Scott Perry (Codie), Daniel Perry (Mindy) and Jessica Cummings (John); and his great grandchildren, Carter, Layla Cummings, Isabelle, Tucker and Charlotte Perry. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
