He was predeceased by : his parents, James Scruggs and Alice Kirby. He is survived by : his wife Amy Scruggs; his children, April Belue, Jacob Scruggs, Zachary Scruggs and Taylor Scruggs; his grandchildren, Laney and Aiden; and his nephews, Brad, Hunter and Scott.
