He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Edward Eure, Sr. and Lucy Howell Eure; and his brother John Eure. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Bailey Eure; his sons, Joshua "Josh" Eure of Como, NC and Joseph "Eddie" Eure (Anita) of Hertford, NC; his adoptive son Andrew Wagal (Magan) of Whiteville, NC; his grandchildren, Robert "Steven" Banks of Hertford, Jonathan Banks of Hertford, Matilyn "Mattie" Eure of Hertford, Haley Wagal of Whiteville, Michael Wagal of Whiteville, Hunter Fletcher of Whiteville, Blake Thompson of Whiteville and Jennifer Crasor of Whiteville; his sisters, Juanita Bohlander (Mike), Margaret Smith (John), Hannah Futrell, Frances Byrum (Spencer) and Joyce Byrum; and his sister-in-law Linda Eure. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
