It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aileen Cook of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Aileen Cook to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Simpson and Patsy Simpson; her husband Harry Lee Cook; her son Benny Mack Cook; her nephew Larry Hubert Hopkins; and her siblings, Hubert, James, Clarence, Lester Simpson, Ruth Hopkins, Viola Powell and Annie Mark Styers.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Cook (Joan) and Peggy Harrington (Larry); and her niece Dianne Johnson (John). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
