He was predeceased by: his parents, Winferd Milton and Elizabeth Watts Lail; and his brother-in-law Roger Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Cindy McGraw Lail; his son Jake Lail (Emily); his grandchildren, Sara Jo Lail and Gatlin Dean Lail; his sisters, Cynthia Stephens and Gloria Hopkins (Tim Lowder); his nieces, Renee, Kelly and Ashley; and his nephew Mark.
