She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Smith and Bessie Smith; and her husband James Ray Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Lonnie Cook of Salisbury, NC and Steve Presley of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
