It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A Voss (Concord, North Carolina), who passed away on May 25, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur Stocks and Ethel M. Spence Stocks. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Stocks, Precious Griffin of North Carolina, Travis Stocks of North Carolina and Vernon Stocks of North Carolina; and her brother Willie Stocks of Binghampton, NY. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
