He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Meachum and Betty Jo Newsome Meachum. He is survived by: his children, Chance Meachum of Concord and Mandy Meachum of Polkton; his brothers, Tony Meachum of Penrose, Barry Meachum of Lilesville and Ashley Meachum of Wadesboro; his nephews, Tyler Meachum (Mariah), Spencer Meachum and Noah Meachum; and his niece Abbey Meachum.
