She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Ussery and Estelle Queen Simmons; and her brothers, Ira Frank Ussery and George Hamilton Ussery. She is survived by: her husband James Carl Spicer; and her daughters, Karen S. Levstek (Dan), Kathy C. Berrier (Jonathan) and Jamie S. Nowlin. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
