She was predeceased by: her parents, Baxter Floyd Ellis and Eva Mae McCall Ellis; her husband Kenneth Reid Bullard; and her sister Carolyn Jean King. She is survived by: her daughters, Karan Jean Bullard (Reagan Banks) of Concord and Lisa Bullard Gilchrist (James Gilchrist, Jr.) of Garner; and her grandson Ellis Reid Gilchrist.
