Betty Jean Blackwelder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2022, at the age of 93, Betty Jean Blackwelder of Concord, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Stamey Smith and Marvin Luther Smith; her husband William "Bill" A. Blackwelder; her son-in-law Barry Bridges; and her siblings, Sue Robbins, Maxine Smith, Harold Smith and Marvin Smith, Jr. (Betty).
She is survived by: her daughter Angela A. Bridges of Concord; her grandsons, Brian King (Brennan) of Concord, Chandler King (Jessica) of Wilmington and Zack King (Virginia) of Charleston, SC; her great grandchildren, Betsy, Amanda, Parker, John, Andrew and Leah King; and her friends, Teresa Honeycutt and Allen Hall of Kannapolis.
