She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Dorothy Stewart; her siblings, Anita Berry, Joseph Stewart and Baxter Stewart; and her husband David Taylor Overcash.
She is survived by: her son David Stewart Overcash (Lauren); her granddaughter Sarah Overcash of Clifton, NJ; and her sibling's children, Starr Stewart Harrold, Joseph Stewart, John Stewart and James Stewart.
A Covid-19-restricted memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, September 14 at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, in the Mausoleum/Chapel, where Betty's earthly remains will be interred in a shared urn with David Taylor Overcash.
