It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Blackwelder (Concord, North Carolina), who passed away on December 1, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Franklin Blackwelder and Elma King Miller Blackwelder; and his brothers, Edward, Gene, Carl and Hoyte Blackwelder.
He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Kolczynski (Alfonso Rattrovo) of Concord, NC; his siblings, Martha Bolick, Mae Pope (Carl), Elaine Miller and Lewis Blackwelder (Maria); and his grandsons, Olin Kolczynski, Justin Rattrovo and Cory Rattrovo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
