He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carolyn Burris Jennings of Midland and Neil Ray Jennings; his grandchildren, Peyton and Braden; his daughter Shelley Jackson (Bobby) of Midland; and his brothers, Robert Hickman and Jeffrey Jennings.
