He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn Blackwelder Moose; and his siblings, Larry Moose and Diane Jamison. He is survived by: his wife Shirley McClamrock Moose; his children, Tim Moose (Laura) and Julie Moose Hatley (Brian); his grandchildren, Brandon Moose, Britney Lloyd, Trevor Moose, Dillon Hartsell, Dylan Moose, Will Mayhew and Meredith Mayhew; his great grandchildren, Izzy Lloyd, Carly Lloyd, Weston Moose and Whitney Moose; and his sisters, Pat Auten and Linda Cordell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, or the Shriner's Hospital of your choice.
