He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Casper and Mary Ellen Safrit Casper; his former wife Mary Jane Harkey Casper; his wife Mary Sue Brazzel Casper; and his brothers, Lee, Smoot, Wilson, Roy and Jerry Casper.
