He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott White and Gladys Blackwelder White; his wife Ruth Andrews White; his sons, Stephen and Allen White; his granddaughter Shawn White; his great grandchild Stephanie Ennis; and his brothers, Earl, Bill, Mike and Clyde.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Renee Burgesser (Troy) and Christy Foriska (Joe); his great grandchildren, Ty Burgesser, Andrew Burgesser (Taylor), Dylan Ennis (Ashleigh), Joey and Jackson Foriska; his great great grandchildren, Waylon Burgesser and Corbin Ennis; his sisters, Carol Drye (Clyde) and Lillian Griffin; and his close friend Ruby Pressley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
