She is survived by: her children, Edward Earl Surber (Ann) and Stacey Rahe Clifton (Dan); her stepson Steve Rahe (Connie) of League City, TX; her grandson Hugh William Blair, III (Trey); her great grandchildren, Carlee, Kelsey and Tripp; her sister Dolly Keller Halford; her niece Karyl Kaye Miller; her daughters, Katie and Kristin; Amanda.
