She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Riggins and Lessie Riggins; her husband Gene C. Allen; her daughter Nancy Allen; and her brothers, Carson Riggins and Joel Riggins.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Allen (Patty), Roger Allen (Donna) and Sandra Shoemaker; and her grandchildren, Jason, Christina, Candice, Cassie, Nicole and Kim. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
