He is survived by: his wife Mary Dickert Alley of Concord; his sons, Joel Alley (Amy) of Charlotte and William Alley (Christy) of Lewisville; his grandchildren, Owen, Quinn and Laine Alley; and his brothers, Manson Alley (Sherry) of Jacksonville, FL and Paul Alley (Donna) of Lakeland, FL..
