He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Gallagher, Sr. and Clara Duvall Gallagher; and his brother Thomas Gallagher, Jr.. He is survived by: his grandchild Notre Dame; his wife Elona Swenson Gallagher; his children, Kerri Gallagher (Don Hogle) of Pinehurst and Kevin Gallagher (Melissa) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Keegan, Jack, Mackenzie, Macie Rae and Liam Gallagher; and his brother John Gallagher (Vickey) of Follansbee. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
