Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Snuggs (Concord, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 96, on December 30, 2019. He is survived by: his wife Laura Snuggs; his children, Rebecca Able and Lee Snuggs; and his stepchildren, Barbara Wise, Sandra Sampson, Lynn Walker, Bruce Seagrave and Steve Goodnight.

Memorials may be made to the Shriners of Mecklenburg County.
