It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Alicea of Concord, North Carolina, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on October 20, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sons, Justin Hipp (Bren), JD Alicea, Joaquin Alicea and Jaiden Alicea; her parent David Perez of Aguadilla; her sister Nilda Lopez (Rolando) of Puerto Rico; her parents-in-law, Juan Alicea of Waterbury, CT and Myrna Sierra of Guayanilla; and her siblings-in-law, Daryl Tolentino (Carlos) of Charlotte and Remi Alicea (Vanessa) of Guayanilla. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
