He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus E. Eubanks and Bertha Dale Eubanks; and his sister Joyce Darden. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Eubanks of Concord, NC; his sons, Cyrus Dale Eubanks, Jr. of Concord and Mitch Eubanks of Durham, NC; and his siblings, Betty Wagner of Williamsburg, VA, Judy Tweed (Bill) of Shelby, NC and Glen Eubanks.
