He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Elmore Christy and Roxie Arthurs Christy; and his siblings, Steve Christy of Concord and Annie Christy Long (Billy) of Rockwell. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Miller Christy; his children, Donna Christy Austin (Randy), Sandy Christy Sawyer (Robert), Randy Christy (Tracey) and Holly Christy; his grandson Rob Sawyer (Brandi); and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Brooklynn Tino.
