He was predeceased by: his parents, David C. Kirkpatrick, Sr. and Nina Bost Kirkpatrick; and his sisters, Barbara Kirkpatrick, Juanita Ruth Kirkpatrick, Mamie Ford "Bonnie" and Willie Estelle Caldwell.
He is survived by: his children, Davina Kirkpatrick and Cedric Scott (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jailen Caviness, Seth Scott, Selah Scott and Nora Scott; and his siblings, Euretha Lee, Clara Hudson, Mary Williams, Claudette Miller (Harry) and Charles Kirkpatrick (Maggie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to Covid-19 Mask must be worn to all services.
