It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Carpenter of Concord, North Carolina, born in Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Alfred Carpenter and Maxine Eleanor Sutherland Carpenter. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Carpenter (Tami) of Charlotte, NC and Dana Carpenter of Concord, NC; his granddaughters, Nicole Rankin (Wyatt), Katherine Smith (Brennen), Sophia Palmer, Grace Carpenter and Faith Carpenter; his great grandchildren, William Rankin and Scarlett Smith; his sisters, Jean Norman (Elgin) of Kellogg, MN and Sylvia Wright (Gordon) of Concord, NC; and also, Team, Dee Harold-Strode, Keri Powell, Sabre Foster, Rowena Fedor, Maryann Lane and Kay Patty. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
