He was predeceased by: his parents, Delma Dodson and Doris Vaughn Dodson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Skora Dodson of Concord; his children, Kevin Dodson (Ashley) of Tampa, FL., Kyle Dodson (Sydney) and Anna Collins (Roger) of Concord, N. C.; his sisters, Cathy Smith of Lavonia, Karen Dean of Toccoa and Alyce Adkins of Blairsville; his grandchildren, Cole, Baylor, Madden, Everette, Blane, Asa, Charleigh, Dilan, Andi, Matt, Garrett and Marissa; his nephews, Olin and Matthew Smith; his niece Laura Smith; and his pets, Sassy and Smoke. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends.
