It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earle Aube (Concord, North Carolina), born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on January 21, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alice Lefebvre Aube and Oliver Francis Aube, Sr.; his wife Cecilia Barnhardt Aube; his sister Joan Aube Spivey; his children, Carrie A. Nitz (Tony) of Greensboro, Jean Clare Aube of Concord and Marilyn A. Burrage (Richard, Margaret A.) of Concord; his grandchildren, Aube B. Kies, Richard Burrage Jr., Gene Nitz, Christine N. Sexton, Mary N. Abbott, Joseph Nitz, Cissy Nitz, Tripper Frye, Hunter Frye, Molly Marie Frye, Connor Frye, Nora Frye, Earle R. Aube III and Reid Aube; his brothers, Oliver F. Aube, Jr. and Arthur G. Aube; and his sister-in-law Iris Barnhardt. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
