He is survived by: his mother Joy Pepper; his wife Tina Pepper; his children, Dr. Luke Pepper (Samantha), Nick Pepper and Morgan Pepper; his grandson Greyson; his stepfather Rex Sampson; his sister Sissy Fales (Doug); his mother-in-law Carol Ingraham; and his siblings-in-law, Tammy Spainhour (Tony) and Mike Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
