She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard; her daughter Tiffany Williams (Thomas); her grandchildren, Alana Miller, Doria Miller, Thomas Williams, Jr and Thaddeus Williams; and her siblings, Eirthley Govan, Jr., Barbara Driggins (Cornelius), Lanham, MD, Joseph Govan, Waldorf, MD, Phyllis Boyce of Charlotte, NC, Amelia McDaniel (Billy), Wesley Govan, Henry Govan, Dwayne Govan (Arlene), Joe Nathan (Dadria), Israel Govan, Chris Govan (Jewel) and Sedrick Govan (Keyshawn). She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
