She was predeceased by: her parents, John Simpson and Cordelia Simpson; her former husband Jackson Lee Irvin; and her husband Lacy Brown Hurlocker. She is survived by: her children, Nancy "Diane" Irvin Smith, Wanda Louise Irvin and Eric Alan Irvin; and her grandsons, Brian Everette Smith, Charles "Lee" Smith (Callie) and Eric Lee Irvin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
