He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert L. Seay and Roxie Stoddard Seay; his wife Frances Joann Seay; his children, Frank L. Seay, Jr., Jeffrey Scott Seay (Joyce) of Huntersville, NC and Donna Seay Armstrong of Matthews, NC; and his sister Connie Seay Starr. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Royal Oaks Baptist Church, 904 Texas St., Kannapolis, NC 28083.
