We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2019, at the age of 87, Franklin Smith (Concord, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Luther Smith and Hessie Flowe Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Reid Smith; his son Brian Reid Smith (Katie Elizabeth Smith); his sisters, Mary Ella Smith Layton and Betty Smith Faggart; and his nephew Martin Craig Layton.
