He was predeceased by: his parents, Moffit Moose Smith and Minnie Lee Kestle Smith; his wives, Billie C. Smith, Phyllis C. Smith and Betty S. Smith; and his brothers, Robert, Dale, Merl and Kenneth Smith.
He is survived by: his son G. Clark Smith; his stepchildren, Ricky L. McClellan, Sharon Penninger, Sylvia Johnson, Susan Burger and Glenda McClellan; and his siblings, John Smith, Larry Smith, Elwood Smith and Betty G. Crook. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
